Prior to the acquisition by Cutler-Hammer, Mr. Janci held numerous sales and marketing management positions with Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Mr. Janci’s successes include the development of innovative approaches to increasing market share and manufacturer presence within the marketplace. He was instrumental in the formation and growth of a strong distribution channel to the OEM and user markets.

Mr. Janci was awarded a B. S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Stuart School at the Illinois Institute of Technology. His professional memberships include IEEE, Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Spring Manufacturers Institute. He currently resides in St. Charles, IL with his wife Kathy. They, along with their three daughters, enjoy running, biking and outdoor sports.
